Security and procurement teams can review how Invoxora processes customer invoice data, QuickBooks Online sync data, and billing metadata.
Invoxora processes invoice documents, extracted invoice fields, QuickBooks Online sync data, billing metadata, and audit metadata on behalf of the customer organization for the sole purpose of enabling invoice review and accounting sync. Operator details: Business entity and jurisdiction to be completed before production submission.
Processing covers document storage, AI extraction, confidence scoring, review workflow state, QuickBooks bill creation, attachment upload, billing usage accounting, and operational audit logs.
Invoxora uses org-scoped authorization, row-level security, private object storage, append-only audit logs for core review actions, and least-privilege access patterns around QuickBooks credentials and billing operations.
Invoice source documents remain stored until the organization deletes them or a configured retention policy removes them. Short-lived raw-email artifacts follow a separate operational retention window.
Invoxora relies on the subprocessors below for hosting, authentication, storage, extraction, payment processing, monitoring, transactional email, and accounting connectivity.
